Penn moves to clinch but Fregrbws breaks away
and Fregrbws decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Penn's guard.
Penn is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Fregrbws wants to control from the top but Penn keeps moving.
Fregrbws looking to sit in guard and control but Penn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
