The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inoki dives in and scores a takedown into Kodama's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Inoki trying to control but Kodama is working from the bottom.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kodama is on top in guard.
Kodama postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Kodama throws a big elbow that misses.

Inoki pushes a forearm under Kodama's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Kodama is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
