The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burton misses with a takedown attempt - Da Batida De Ovo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Burton has Da Batida De Ovo up against the cage in a clinch.
Da Batida De Ovo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Burton pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Burton tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Da Batida De Ovo smiles and moves away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Da Batida De Ovo.
Burton scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Da Batida De Ovo.
Da Batida De Ovo has an Americana. Burton didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Da Batida De Ovo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Da Batida De Ovo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
