The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tirta is looking to clinch but Holgersson is avoiding it.
Holgersson misses the shot to the body.
Tirta moves to clinch but Holgersson breaks away
and Holgersson counters with a head kick.
Tirta tries to close the distance and clinch up but Holgersson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Holgersson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Holgersson tries a head kick but it misses.
Holgersson keeps the fight on the outside.
Holgersson looking to score a takedown here. Tirta is defending well but Holgersson drives through and ends up in Tirta's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Tirta wants to control the position but Holgersson says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Holgersson has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Tirta wants to control his opponent's hands but Holgersson gets his hands free.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tirta won't enjoy being in this position. Holgersson looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Tirta is tapping - it's over boys! Holgersson picks up the submission victory!

A relieved looking Nils Holgersson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
