Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!The key to victory for Rubicon Brandy has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brandy feints and as London raises his hands in defense, Brandy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
London has Brandy pulled in close to control his posture.
London bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Brandy's guard.
London throws a big elbow that misses.

London felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


London dives in and grabs Brandy's left leg, looking for a takedown. Brandy pushes down on London's head and hops out.
Brandy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Brandy.

London manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Brandy on his heels. He'll look to pass Brandy's guard now, I'm sure.

Brandy sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as London accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

London stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Brandy throws up his legs and catches London in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! London tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Brandy! That came out of nowhere!
