Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Curtis Sharp!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Donatello Bradman and Darius Henderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Small slips a jab and a cross from Sharp.

Small keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sharp on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Sharp throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Small's waist but Small gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sharp off to one side.
Sharp shoots in but no luck this time.

That was a close round but I would say that Pat Small will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sharp shoots for a double leg takedown but Small sprawls well. He's pushed Sharp's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Small will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
