Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Domingo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Page might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bulls on Parade. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jorge Domingo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Page shoots in for a takedown but Domingo shows good takedown defense.
Domingo jabs Page to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Page with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Domingo to score with a decent uppercut.
Page dodges the punch combination from Domingo.
Domingo lands with a nice combination. Page backs away looking to recover.
Domingo uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Page tries to move into range but Domingo moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Domingo scores with a jab. Page acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Domingo swings away with a body shot that misses

and Page counters with a single leg into guard. Domingo didn't expect that.

Page tries to free his leg and advance position but Domingo is retaining full guard.
Page is looking to work some ground and pound but Domingo has wrist control.

Page is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Page slips nicely into half guard.

Page seems to be looking for submissions.
Page trying to control the action but Domingo is working from the bottom.

Page is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Domingo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Domingo.
A punch lands to the side of Page 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Domingo fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Page on the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Domingo moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Page throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Domingo's waist but Domingo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Page off to one side.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jorge Domingo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Page takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Page moves forwards but Domingo connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Domingo's jab looks to have found its range, popping Page under the eye.
Domingo throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Domingo throws a body punch but Page moves out of range.
Domingo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Domingo tests Page's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Nice defenses there by Page.

Domingo clobbers Page with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Page darts in looking for a takedown but Domingo gets double underhooks and turns Page into the cage.
Domingo has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Domingo can do anything to dispel that myth.

Page is taking a breather. Domingo says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Page feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Domingo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Page. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Page seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Domingo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

so Page counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Page is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Domingo is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Domingo has escaped and now he's on top!
Domingo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Page escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Domingo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
