Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Imam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Brattok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brattok misses with a takedown attempt
and Imam moves into the clinch.
Brattok drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Imam gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Imam gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Brattok tries to roll over but Imam keeps him under control.
Imam content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Imam is working for a submission of some sort.
Imam keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Imam really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brattok on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Imam is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Imam's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Brattok slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Brattok is striking off his back. Imam thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brattok is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Imam's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Imam's back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brattok is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Imam has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Brattok has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Imam taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Brattok doesn't care though - he's delighted!
