Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ghee Buttersnaps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amun Ra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buttersnaps comes into the arena with Move on Up - Curtis Mayfield blaring out of the sound system. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buttersnaps darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Buttersnaps sizes up Ra with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Buttersnaps slips under a jab from Ra.
Buttersnaps connects with a body shot that sends Ra's belly button to the back.
Buttersnaps drives through and clinches with Ra against the cage.
Ra breaks from the clinch.
Ra lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Buttersnaps backs up against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Buttersnaps tries to clinch up but Ra circles away and keeps his distance.
Ra uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Buttersnaps.
and Buttersnaps counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Ra! He's just covering up as Buttersnaps starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ghee Buttersnaps!

After the fight, Ghee Buttersnaps was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
