Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Khalidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roland Deschain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fedor Khalidov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roland Deschain!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deschain showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Khalidov.
Khalidov lands a jab to the head.
Khalidov gets caught flat footed, as Deschain shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Khalidov is looking to stand up but Deschain isn't so interested in that idea.
Deschain missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Khalidov not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Khalidov keeping full guard, as Deschain tries to pass.
Khalidov has control of Deschain's left arm, preventing Deschain from doing any damage.
Deschain stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Khalidov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Deschain drops back looking for a leg! Khalidov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Khalidov manages to kick Deschain off! Deschain jumps back into Khalidov's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Deschain controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Good shot there by Khalidov.
Deschain takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Khalidov connects with a good right hand that stumbles Deschain. Deschain circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Deschain.
Deschain shoots in looking for a takedown. Khalidov tries to sprawl out of it but Deschain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Khalidov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Deschain closes the distance and clinches up with Khalidov, looking for a takedown. Deschain pushes Khalidov against the cage but Khalidov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fedor Khalidov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roland Deschain.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Khalidov throws a right hand that Deschain ducks under and follows up with a left that Deschain also avoids with ease.
Khalidov looks to land a combination. Deschain sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Deschain shoots in for a takedown but Khalidov shows good takedown defense.
Deschain slips a jab from Khalidov.
Khalidov connects with a crisp jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Deschain tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Khalidov swivels and escapes.
Deschain shoots in for a double leg but Khalidov sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Khalidov stuffs the takedown.
Deschain looks gassed!
Khalidov lunges at Deschain with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Deschain's hand.
Khalidov misses with the combination.
Khalidov lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Deschain at a distance.
Khalidov lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Deschain can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Khalidov and Deschain drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Khalidov.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fedor Khalidov!
