And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marty McFly!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pearmine looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for McFly!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
McFly is looking for a sweep.

Pearmine wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by McFly, who protects the arm well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McFly gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
McFly makes his way to full guard. A much better position for McFly.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pearmine preventing the sweep.
McFly trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

Pearmine has gone for a leg lock! McFly slips out almost immediately though and dives into Pearmine's guard.
Pearmine trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.

McFly chips away with some ground and pound.

McFly trying to control the position from guard on top but Pearmine is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Pearmine has momentary wrist control but McFly slips an elbow through the middle.

Pearmine had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. McFly defends it easily.
McFly is stalling in the full guard.

McFly is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

McFly passes into half guard.
McFly seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pearmine does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
McFly controlling the pace.
McFly is nestled in close to Pearmine, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

McFly is working for a submission of some sort.
Pearmine is refusing to be controlled, as McFly sits in half guard.
McFly landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

McFly lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Pearmine is looking for a sweep. McFly is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Pearmine looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
McFly is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Pearmine!
Pearmine is working to get back to half guard.

McFly blocks Pearmine's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
McFly has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

BOOM! McFly connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pearmine takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! McFly's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
