The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hassan throws a body punch but Jardine moves out of range.
Hassan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Hassan steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jardine.
Nice body punch from Hassan.
Jardine lands with a slapping head kick.
Hassan misses with a combination
and Jardine counters with a solid body kick.
Jardine takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Jardine is breathing heavily.

Jardine is not content to let Hassan control the position.
Hassan content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Hassan lands a strong strike to the head of Jardine. That's dazed him! Hassan looking to finish here. Jardine is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Hassan lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
