The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva moves into range and clinches up with Cassidy.

Cassidy is rocked!
Silva is a very stocky fighter. Infact he's such a weird shape that he's almost like some sort of comedy character - it's hard to believe he's real.

Silva fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cassidy, pushing him back against the ropes.
Rodrigo Silva seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Silva keeps control of Cassidy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Sloppy strikes from Cassidy. Those never looked like landing.
Cassidy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Silva lands with a slapping head kick.
Oh Cassidy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Silva tries to clinch there but Cassidy circles away.
Boom! Silva lands a massive head kick that sends Cassidy crashing into the ropes, followed by a classic face plant on the canvas! He's up to his knees but he's not going to beat the count - this one is all over! Silva is jumping around like a lunatic, extatic with the win!
