The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beck is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looks like John Beck has been cut.
Beck throws a series of punches but Gruber avoids them all with ease.
Gruber misses with a looping left.
Jab, jab by Beck - just one landing.
Beck blocks a jab.
Beck connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Gruber momentarily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gruber wants to land a leg kick but Beck is out of range.
Beck lands an overhand right.
Gruber pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Beck ducks under a wild hook from Gruber.

Beck cracks Gruber with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Beck has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gruber to stand back up!

It looks like Hans Gruber has been cut.
Gruber seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Beck drops Gruber with a beautiful combination! Gruber stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Beck is looking for the KO!

Beck fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Oh Gruber is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Beck fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gruber manages to avoid it.
Gruber tried to score with a low kick but Beck checks it.
Gruber seems to have got his legs back now.
Beck slips under a jab from Gruber.
Gruber misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gruber misses with a straight right.
Gruber throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Gruber throws a looping overhand right but Beck ducks down to avoid it.
Beck ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Gruber takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Gruber is breathing heavily.

Beck lands a left and a right that send Gruber crashing to the mat, dazed. Beck thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Gruber is aggressively charging in as Beck backs up avoiding any damage. Beck tosses out a jab and Gruber runs right into it face first! Gruber is out cold! Beck dropped down on all fours and is barking in Gruber's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
