The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Williams scores with a sloppy right hand. Newell should have avoided that one.

It looks like Tony Newell has been cut.
Williams thows a left - swing and a miss!
Williams thows a body shot but no joy.
Williams leaves Newell with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Newell lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Williams circles away quickly and effectively.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Newell on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Williams. Williams obviously looking to wear him down.
Newell stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Williams.

Whack! Williams lands a heavy head kick that drops Newell. The ref tackles Williams to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Newell was done.
