Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tommie Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colt Compton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gunn's entrance music is Don't Shoot Shotgun. A fine choice. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Colt Compton!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Compton steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gunn.
Compton swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

It looks like Colt Compton has been cut.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Compton in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Gunn shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Compton is trying to defend but Gunn finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gunn, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
