Alves is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rob Zombie - Scum of the earth . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Alves does it's job there.
Alves just misses with a punch to the body.
Silfversberg fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Alves, right into the meat.
Silfversberg has been working on his balance at Nights Watch MMA Academy, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Alves.
Alves ducks under a wild hook from Silfversberg.
Silfversberg walks forward, straight into a front kick from Alves.
Horrible takedown by Silfversberg or perhaps it was just good defense by Alves which made him look bad.
A punch lands to the side of Silfversberg 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Silfversberg on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Alves lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Alves throws a low kick but it's checked well by Silfversberg.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alves scores with a jab. Silfversberg acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Alves connects with the punch.
Alves explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Alves misses with an uppercut. Silfversberg saw that one coming.
Alves connects with a body shot.
Alves takes the fight into the clinch.
Silfversberg blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Alves lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Silfversberg lands a damaging elbow.
Silfversberg blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Silfversberg breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Alves with a nice cross.
Fernando Alves is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Alves's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Alves duly obliges.
Donk. Alves catches Silfversberg right on the button with a cross.
Silfversberg is rocked!
Alves has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Silfversberg is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Alves punishes Silfversberg's body with a nice straight punch.
A solid body kick from Alves.
Silfversberg looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Oh Silfversberg is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Alves ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Alves and Silfversberg are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Alves throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Silfversberg into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Alves knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
