Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gabriel Key!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Joakim misses.
Joakim takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
A big right from Key misses.
A slow jab from Joakim misses its intended target.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Joakim, as that shot connected.
Key misses with a few strikes there.
Key connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Joakim misses with a looping right.
Joakim fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Key manages to avoid it.
Key is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Joakim.
Joakim getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Joakim dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Joakim definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Joakim closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Key takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Key throws a jab but it's blocked by Joakim.

Joakim really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Key lands with a nice body punch.
Joakim takes a swing at Key's ribcage but misses.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Key!
Key lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Key misses with a jab, cross combination.

Joakim breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Key throws a shot from downtown. Joakim moves away and avoids it.
Joakim swings for the body but Key moves out of range.
Joakim misses with a hook.
Key misses with a double jab

and Joakim counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Key throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Key swings wildly with an uppercut but Joakim uses good head movement to avoid it.

Joakim lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Adrijan Joakim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Key moves into the clinch successfully.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Key creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Joakim breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Adrijan Joakim will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Key displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Joakim throws out the jab.
Joakim stuns Key with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Key throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Key defending well as Joakim loads up on a big left hand.
Joakim connects with a quick right hand that sends Key tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Adrijan Joakim!
In his post fight interview, Adrijan Joakim started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
