Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tweedle Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jax Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Chumbawamba - Tubthumping. Tweedle Dee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Dee.
A thudding body kick lands there by Dee!
Teller moves out of range of the strikes.
Dee uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Teller.
Dee lands a nice looking body kick.
Dee throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dee attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Nice body punch from Teller.
Teller throws a low kick but Dee avoids it.
Dee connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Teller's hands.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dee takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Teller tries to sprawl but Dee drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Dee wants to free his trapped foot but Teller is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Dee stalling away here and it's allowed Teller to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Teller must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Teller stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dee swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Teller got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dee has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Teller has managed to get both his arms back between Dee's legs - danger averted.

Dee does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Teller checks a leg kick.
Teller throws a lazy right hand but Dee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Dee blocks the body kick.
Teller tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Dee is able to avoid easily.
Teller misses with a low kick.
Teller throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dee on the side of the head.
It looks like Tweedle Dee has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dee tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Teller was well out of range. Poor timing from Dee.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Dee uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Teller has time to react.
Teller chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Dee can pounce on him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Dee connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Teller walks into a left hand.
Dee scores with a decent looking hook.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Teller lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Dee has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Dee and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
