The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gruber closes the distance and clinches up with Poppy, looking for a takedown. Gruber pushes Poppy against the cage but Poppy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Gruber dips to his left and cracks Poppy with an uppercut!
Gruber connects with the punch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Poppy ducks straight into an uppercut from Gruber and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Poppy manages to regain guard straight away.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Gruber trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Poppy pushes a forearm under Gruber's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Gruber is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
