Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Bosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitali Kersikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kersikov has chosen Dj Nosferatu - When Angels Cry as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Bosh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vitali Kersikov!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bosh throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Bosh has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Jungle Elite MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Bosh thuds a left hand into Kersikov's body.
Bosh avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Kersikov misses with a low kick.

Kersikov tries to sprawl but Bosh drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Bosh lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Bosh has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bosh wants to work for an arm triangle but Kersikov is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Bosh is pressing down on Kersikov's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kersikov is holding on for now.

Bosh manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kersikov on his heels. He'll look to pass Kersikov's guard now, I'm sure.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fight stays on the outside here - Bosh looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

I would just about give that final round to Vitali Kersikov.
Well Bosh has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
