The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Doe misses its intended target.
Douglas moves out of range as Doe strikes.
Douglas throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Doe moves into the clinch.
Douglas tries to break free but Doe pushes him back against the cage.
Doe creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Douglas's defenses.

It looks like Tim Douglas has been cut.
Douglas dodges an elbow strike from Doe.
Doe keeps control of Douglas as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Doe lands an elbow just above Douglas 's eye.
Douglas is trying to drag Doe to the mat but Doe just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Doe creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Douglas's defenses.

That has opened up Tim Douglas's cut even more.

Doe lands a vicious elbow to the side of Douglas's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Doe tries to finish him with strikes but Douglas still seems able to defend himself so Doe steps back and lets Douglas get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

The cut above Tim Douglas's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Doe throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Douglas misses with a straight right.
Doe misses with a hook. Douglas ducked under it nicely.
Doe missing with a left hand there. Douglas was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Doe swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Doe moves in close and cracks Douglas with a massive right hand! Douglas, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Doe!
