Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shawn Geissen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Laudrup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laudrup has chosen U2- Zoo Station as his entrance music. Hans Laudrup has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 38 - 27 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hans Laudrup!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Laudrup. Geissen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Horrible takedown by Laudrup or perhaps it was just good defense by Geissen which made him look bad.
Geissen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Laudrup moves away.
Geissen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Laudrup to score with a decent uppercut.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Geissen's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Laudrup connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Geissen scrambles back to his feet.

Laudrup changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Geissen tries to avoid it but Laudrup manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Geissen to the ground. Geissen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well Laudrup has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
