Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joey Nix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackie Rouisey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nix's entrance music is Gorilla Militia by Bliss n Eso. A fine choice. Rouisey has chosen Edwin Starr - War as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Ben Hemmingworth and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nix walks into a stiff left hand from Rouisey.
Nix checks the leg kick.
Jackie Rouisey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rouisey scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Nix on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Rouisey lands an overhand right.
Nix looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Rouisey manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Nix is bucking up trying to escape but Rouisey cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Nix tries to lock up and control but Rouisey gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Nix flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Rouisey lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Oh Nix is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rouisey lands a big shot to the head and Nix winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
