Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jon McGruder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karate Kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGruder comes to the ring accompanied by Jesus is a Friend of Mine. Kid has chosen Kung Fu Fighting as his entrance music. Jon McGruder has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGruder tries to land a front kick but Kid steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Kid has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
