Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matti Meikalainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evil Muno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muno wants to land a leg kick but Meikalainen is out of range.
Meikalainen scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Muno stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Muno chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Meikalainen can pounce on him.
Meikalainen jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Muno looking to land some kicks to the body here.
A looping hook to the body misses from Muno. Meikalainen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Meikalainen misses with a leg kick.
Meikalainen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Muno swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Meikalainen misses with a low kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Muno.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Meikalainen attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Muno throws the kick towards the body but Meikalainen avoids it.
Meikalainen pushes Muno up against the cage in a clinch.

Muno can't find room to land a body shot as Meikalainen controls the action.
A right hook to the body lands for Meikalainen.
Muno is trying to trip Meikalainen. He has hold of a leg but Meikalainen is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Muno persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Muno trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Meikalainen wants to stand up but Muno is controlling him.

Meikalainen wants to stand and escape but Muno is having none of it.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Evil Muno wasn't active enough on the ground.
Meikalainen scores with a crisp jab that stopped Muno in his tracks.
It looks like Evil Muno has been cut.

Meikalainen lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Meikalainen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Muno manages to avoid it.

Meikalainen tries to clinch but Muno moves out of range.

Muno throws a leg kick but Meikalainen sees it coming and moves out of range.

Meikalainen lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Muno throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Meikalainen's head.
Muno throws a predictable looking body shot
and Muno takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Muno connects with a nice looking jab.

Meikalainen throws a jab when Muno was well out of range.
Meikalainen fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Muno on the side of the head.
Muno tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Meikalainen was well out of range. Poor timing from Muno.

Meikalainen cracks Muno on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Muno falls backwards against the cage. Meikalainen follows up with more strikes that drop Muno to his knees. Meikalainen keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Muno! This one is all over!
