Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Speed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hjalmar Soderberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Speed might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Ramones / Blitzkrieg Bop. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speed blocks a head kick by Soderberg.
Speed misses with a kick to the body.
Speed misses with a right hand
letting Soderberg counter with a right hand.
Soderberg misses with an uppercut.
Soderberg misses with a kick to the body.
Soderberg throws a push kick but Speed slaps the foot to one side.
An inside leg kick lands from Speed.
Soderberg throws a sloppy head kick
and Speed makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Speed shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Speed tries a head kick but it misses.
Soderberg throws a push kick but Speed slaps the foot to one side.
Soderberg moves forwards but Speed connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Speed misses with a wild body shot.
Some bone on bone action there as Soderberg checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Soderberg throws a nice head kick!

Soderberg uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Speed.
Speed lands a head shot.
Soderberg jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Soderberg takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Soderberg swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Speed lands a jab to Soderberg's midsection.
Soderberg pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Soderberg misses the jab.
Speed finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Nathan Speed is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Soderberg looks to land a left hand but Speed moved out of range nicely.
Speed checks the leg kick.
Soderberg gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Speed is pushing down on Soderberg's leg trying to pass to half guard. Soderberg is fighting to maintain full guard but Speed has managed to sneak the leg through.

Soderberg has his feet on Speed's thighs here. He's pushed Speed off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Speed screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
