Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Laverne Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Polar Hug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Polar Hug will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Laverne Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Polar Hug!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black closes the distance and clinches up with Hug, looking for a takedown. Black pushes Hug against the cage but Hug circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hug slaps away a takedown attempt from Black, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Black misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Laverne Black. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hug changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Black tries to avoid it but Hug manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Black to the ground. Black escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hug darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Hug shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Black sprawls well. Black wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hug gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Black cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

I would just about give that final round to Polar Hug.
