Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tyson Fury!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Reid!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Reid.
Reid shoots in for a double leg but Fury sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Reid has Fury up against the cage in a clinch.

Reid successfully pulls guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fury stands and throws Reid's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Fury tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fury is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Reid tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Fury wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fury tries to stand but Reid is controlling his head.
Fury wants to control but Reid is keeping him busy.
Reid wants to control but Fury postures up.
Reid prevents Fury from improving position.
Reid is trying to get back to half guard.
Fury wants to lay and pray for a moment but Reid keeps working.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Reid wants to get back to his feet.
Reid is trying to control Fury's posture but Fury avoids it.
Reid is not content to let Fury control the position.

Fury swings around for an armbar but Reid sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Fury's guard.
Fury knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Reid on the ground.
Fury throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Reid looking to sit in guard and control but Fury gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Reid looking to control.
Fury controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Reid keeping full guard, as Fury tries to pass.
Fury is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Reid has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Fury doesn't defend quickly enough and Reid has managed to lock this one up! Can Fury escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Reid on a fantastic submission victory.
