The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ingles comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ken Ingles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Thomas shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Thomas is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Thomas thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Thomas postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ingles is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Thomas, into his guard.
Ingles throws a big right hand that misses.

Ingles is sitting in close to Thomas's body. Thomas has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Ingles is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Ingles is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Thomas.
