Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Laph Roaig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Twelf Thermandin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thermandin is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Prelude 12 by Styx. Twelf Thermandin has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Laph Roaig's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Laph Roaig!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
24 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Twelf Thermandin!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Dean Styles and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thermandin tries to clinch up.
Thermandin blocks the body kick.
Roaig misses with a combination
and Thermandin counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Roaig is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Thermandin looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Thermandin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Thermandin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Roaig does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Roaig wants to control but Thermandin is keeping busy.
Thermandin working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Roaig is trying to get back to full guard.

Roaig is refusing to be controlled, as Thermandin sits in half guard.
Thermandin winds up and cracks Roaig with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Roaig is looking to improve his position.
Roaig is pressing down on Thermandin's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Thermandin postures up in Roaig's guard and throws a big left but Roaig blocks it.
Thermandin throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Roaig works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Roaig seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Thermandin throws a big elbow that misses.
Roaig will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Thermandin is looking to work some ground and pound but Roaig has wrist control.
Roaig escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Thermandin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Thermandin is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Roaig looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Thermandin distracts Roaig with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Thermandin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Roaig utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Roaig wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Thermandin is now in half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Thermandin wants to work for an arm triangle but Roaig is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Thermandin looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Roaig with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Thermandin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Roaig keeps working.

Roaig manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Roaig tries to control but Thermandin wriggling away.
Thermandin sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Roaig is looking for a kimura but Thermandin is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Roaig to get the leverage.
Roaig is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Thermandin still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Thermandin has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Thermandin tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Roaig is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thermandin is working Roaig over with some ground and pound from side control.
Roaig is rocked!
Thermandin has an Americana. Roaig didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Thermandin is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Thermandin hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Twelf Thermandin made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Lunar is a real legend, but his acquired immune deficiency syndrome clearly showed today. To all witnesses,stay away from trannies and get tested'.
