Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aoki Kakashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kakashi comes to the cage accompanied by Nas - Hate Me Now. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Damien Penn!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kakashi shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Penn wants to control but Kakashi is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Kakashi is trying to work for a kimura but Penn is defending well.
Penn tries to roll over but Kakashi keeps him under control.
Penn is positioning himself well to prevent Kakashi advancing to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kakashi is looking to take a break and control but Penn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Kakashi is persistently looking for the submission but Penn is defending it well.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Penn working his ground and pound in the gym.
Kakashi lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Penn!

Kakashi goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Penn turns into him and now he's in Kakashi's guard.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Penn lands a nice short elbow.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Penn connects with a nice short shot to Kakashi's temple.

Penn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kakashi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Kakashi wants to finish this one by submission but Penn is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kakashi.
Kakashi has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Penn's face.
Penn tries to lock up and control but Kakashi gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Kakashi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Penn is just riding it out for now. Kakashi eventually gives up the hold.

Penn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Penn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kakashi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kakashi is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Penn can't fight it off and eventually Kakashi manages to take the fight to the floor. Penn looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

An out of breath and clearly excited Aoki Kakashi thanked Project Mayhem for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
Damien Penn spoke after the fight, saying 'Thank you for the great fight, I am going to review the tapes and trainer harder. Next time you are going to have to work harder for the W against me!'.
