That was a close round but I would say that George Ramierez will probably get the nod.

Alcatraz clobbers Ramierez with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Alcatraz bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Alcatraz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ramierez, who protects the arm well.
Ramierez sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Ramierez is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Alcatraz is tapping! Great win for Ramierez!
