Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Caa Chulainn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Kung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Caa Chulainn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stefan Kung!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chulainn shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kung is trying to defend but Chulainn finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Kung is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Chulainn pulls his head out easily.
Chulainn stops Kung from getting back to his feet.
Chulainn throwing shots but Kung is blocking nicely.

Kung looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Kung is staying active underneath Chulainn, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Kung looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Kung is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Chulainn's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Chulainn's back!
Chulainn is trying to break free.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chulainn rolls, trying to escape but Kung keeps control of the position.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Kung controlling well, preventing Chulainn from escaping the position.

Kung has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Chulainn has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Kung is looking for the choke from the back position but Chulainn is controlling his hands well.
Kung is trying to stick to Chulainn's back but Chulainn is turning into Kung. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Kung's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Chulainn.
Chulainn throws an elbow that misses. Kung uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Chulainn's guard. Nice move by Kung!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chulainn is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kung is controlling him.
Chulainn pulls Kung in close to his closed guard and prevents Kung from doing any damage or advancing position.
Chulainn is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Chulainn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kung is one step ahead there.
Chulainn keeping full guard, as Kung tries to pass.
Chulainn has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Kung has passed into side control.
Kung is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Chulainn will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Kung is trying to get an arm triangle but Chulainn is defending well.

Chulainn can't do much from the bottom here.
Chulainn is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kung asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Kung working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kung tries for a kimura but Chulainn is defending well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Kung has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

Kung is pressing down on Chulainn's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Kung escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chulainn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Stefan Kung has got the better of the ground game so far.

Chulainn got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kung has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chulainn has managed to get both his arms back between Kung's legs - danger averted.

Kung is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Chulainn postures up in Kung's guard and throws a big left but Kung blocks it.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kung is on top in guard.

Chulainn wants to stand and escape but Kung is having none of it.

Kung keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Kung is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Kung sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stefan Kung spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
