Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Diego Rios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Decon Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green has chosen Yeke Yeke as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Diego Rios had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rios lunges at Green with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Green's hand.
Rios goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Rios fails to land with a series of punches.
Rios lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Green circles away quickly and effectively.
Diego Rios seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Green is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rios's half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Green moves nicely into side control.

Green is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rios knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Green tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Green wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rios keeps working.
Green working the ground and pound but Rios is defending the strikes.
Green is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Rios's shoulder. That is not cool.

Green is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Rios is trying to escape and Green transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Rios is forced to tap! Nice work there by Green! Very nice indeed!
