The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from O Donnell lands but The Slasher takes it in his stride.

It looks like Battousai The Slasher has been cut.
Sloppy strikes from The Slasher. Those never looked like landing.
O Donnell fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for O Donnell.
O Donnell throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The Slasher throws a leg kick but O Donnell checks it.
O Donnell tests The Slasher's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The Slasher misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The Slasher takes a kick to the side of the head.
O Donnell throws a jab but it's blocked by The Slasher.
The Slasher throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
O Donnell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
O Donnell throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by The Slasher.
We've been informed that The Slasher has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
O Donnell connects with a single shot there.

A slapping leg kick lands for The Slasher.
O Donnell lands a nice looking kick to the body. The Slasher takes a step back to recover.
The Slasher takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
The Slasher lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

The Slasher lands a leg kick that knocks O Donnell off balance momentarily.

The Slasher throws a nice looking combination but O Donnell bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! O Donnell crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from The Slasher - the referee stops the clock and O Donnell gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says The Slasher. O Donnell manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
O Donnell is breathing heavily.
The Slasher lands with a shot to the body.
O Donnell takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

A jab lands there for The Slasher.
The Slasher drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
The Slasher throws a series of punches but O Donnell moves out of range.
O Donnell throws a leg kick but The Slasher sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Myles O Donnell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
O Donnell throws a big shot that misses.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from The Slasher, right into the meat.
O Donnell takes a swing at The Slasher's ribcage but misses.
The Slasher fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. O Donnell looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The Slasher pushes O Donnell away with a front kick.
The Slasher connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
O Donnell takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
O Donnell moves out of range as The Slasher strikes.

O Donnell has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from The Slasher.
O Donnell tries a low kick but The Slasher avoids it.
The Slasher avoids the body shot from O Donnell.
The Slasher paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
O Donnell takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
O Donnell uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by The Slasher.
The Slasher walks forward and throws a big overhand right! O Donnell drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! The Slasher swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from O Donnell's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
