Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lluca paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Johnson is looking to land body kicks.
Johnson wants to slow Lluca down by chopping away at his legs.
Lluca has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Johnson tries to bum rush Lluca with a series of wild strikes but Lluca uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Lluca is nestled in close to Johnson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Lluca looks up at the clock and then as Johnson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Lluca smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Lluca remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Valentin Lluca is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Lluca's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Lluca seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Johnson for as long as he can get away with.

You can see the frustration on Johnson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
