Calloway comes to the cage accompanied by The Death Symphony. Mark Calloway has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Calloway moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Henderson shoots in for a takedown but Calloway shows good takedown defense.

Henderson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Henderson has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Calloway is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Calloway is trying desperately to improve position.
Henderson content just to control the position here.
Henderson wants to take Calloway's back here but Calloway is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Henderson is looking to stand but Henderson has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.

Calloway knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Henderson on the ground.
Henderson cracks Calloway with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Henderson wants to control the pace but Calloway is squirming around nicely.

Henderson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Calloway can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Calloway sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Henderson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Calloway paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Henderson misses with a takedown attempt

and Calloway counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Calloway.
Henderson is trying to hold Calloway in close to prevent damage but Calloway has managed to pass into half guard.
Calloway is looking to take a break and control but Henderson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Calloway wants to get back to his feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Mark Calloway wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Calloway shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Henderson defends it nicely.

and Calloway counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Henderson's guard now.

Henderson wants to get back to his feet but Calloway is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Mark Calloway has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

and Calloway cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Mark Calloway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Henderson.
Henderson is breathing heavily.

Calloway moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Henderson takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Calloway tries to close the distance and clinch up but Henderson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Calloway fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Henderson to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Henderson looks to clinch but Calloway throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Henderson taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

In his post fight interview, Mark Calloway started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
