Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Surgov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emmanuel Lucero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Surgov comes to the cage accompanied by Iron Man. Emmanuel Lucero will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andrei Surgov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Emmanuel Lucero!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Darius Henderson and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Surgov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Surgov misses the shot to the body.
Lucero showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Surgov.
Lucero fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lucero tries to clinch there but Surgov circles away.
That kick from Lucero tenderised Surgov's leg. Surgov is trying to keep his angry face on.
Lucero fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lucero tries to bum rush Surgov with a series of wild strikes but Surgov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lucero bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Surgov's head.
Lucero tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Surgov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Surgov looks to land a combination but Lucero avoids it well.
Lucero lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lucero loads up on a big right hand but Surgov slips the punch.
Lucero fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Surgov.
Lucero doesn't manage to clinch there - Surgov circles away.
Surgov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lucero manages to avoid it.
Surgov swinging wildly here.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Lucero.
Emmanuel Lucero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lucero throws a right and a left that Surgov avoids nicely.
Lucero cracks Surgov with an open hand slap.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Lucero lands a high kick to the side of Surgov's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Lucero dives into guard, looking to finish.
Surgov is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Surgov looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Lucero is defending well. Surgov quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Lucero has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Surgov celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Andrei Surgov!
Our winner, Andrei Surgov, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
