The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pozar looks for a takedown but Balovich sprawls well.
Pozar goes for a double leg but Balovich avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Balovich continues to drive forward.

Pozar gets control of Balovich's arms and successfully pulls guard. Pozar will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Pozar is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Balovich defends well.
