The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dimagiba gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Dimagiba looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Dillinger wants to pass the guard but Dimagiba is keeping the position.

Dillinger postures up in Dimagiba's guard and throws a big left but Dimagiba blocks it.
Dimagiba is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Dillinger thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Dillinger controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Our spies down at at Ivan's house of pain [300$] inform us that Dimagiba has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Dimagiba is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dillinger defends well.

Dillinger drops back looking for a leg! Dimagiba is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dimagiba manages to kick Dillinger off! Dillinger jumps back into Dimagiba's guard.

Dillinger cracks Dimagiba with a solid left hand.
Dillinger has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Dimagiba is proving hard to escape from.
Dillinger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dimagiba swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dillinger is looking to stand up but Dimagiba won't let him.
Dillinger lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Dillinger passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Dimagiba is not content to let Dillinger control the position.

Dillinger is trying to get an arm triangle but Dimagiba is defending well.

Dillinger is working to tighten his grip on Dimagiba's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Dimagiba has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Dillinger is really squeezing tight and eventually Dimagiba passes out! Dillinger breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
