The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diagos throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Brimicombe was covering up waiting for the punch and Diagos finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Brimicombe looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Diagos passes Brimicombe's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Brimicombe is looking to escape.
Diagos working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
