PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hadyn Coiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ji Lu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Coiro might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Monster Flow- Absolute Kingz. The key to victory for Hadyn Coiro has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Coiro does no damage.
Coiro stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Coiro shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lu eats them both and turns towards Coiro to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Coiro throws a right and a left that Lu avoids nicely.
Lu takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Coiro swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Lu seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lu in particular looking to stall.
Coiro could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Coiro has hold of Lu's hands but Lu slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Coiro knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lu on the ground.

Lu in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Coiro tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Lu!
