The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gregory scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Gregory is staying tight to Gurmorow's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Gurmorow gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Gregory takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Gregory sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Gregory can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Gurmorow is looking to escape.

Gregory jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Gurmorow is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Gurmorow and Gregory has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
