Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Phol Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocco Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rocco Silva!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Radbod Blank and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch but Hunt moves out of range.
Hunt wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hunt lands a jab.
Hunt thows a body kick. Silva tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
Silva on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hunt. Hunt obviously looking to wear him down.
Hunt lands a jab to the nose.
A punch lands to the side of Silva 's head but he takes it in his stride.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva throws a shot from downtown. Hunt moves away and avoids it.
Silva misses the shot to the body.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Hunt. Silva shrugs it off though.
Hunt definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Silva closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hunt counters with a stiff right hand.
Silva misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hunt.

enabling Hunt to counter with a crisp jab.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hunt paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Silva takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Silva is rocked!
Silva has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Hunt.
Hunt cracks Silva with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Silva falls to his knees and Hunt doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Phol Hunt!
After winning the bout, Phol Hunt thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
