The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jorge Garcia and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green avoids a kick to the body.
Green misses with a wild body shot.
Emerson has Green up against the cage in a clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Emerson - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Green manages to break the clinch.
Emerson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Green.
Green moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Green tries a head kick but it misses.
Green lands a nice leg kick that just misses Emerson's sensitive parts.
Emerson is breathing heavily.

Green throws a body kick that misses.
Green lands a big uppercut and Emerson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Emerson looks OK. Green waves Emerson back to his feet!
Emerson is rocked!
It looks like Stanley Emerson has been cut.
Green moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Oh Emerson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A head kick by Green - that's a beauty! Emerson is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Green can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
