Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pudster Wudster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller has chosen Ennio Morricone- The Good, The Bad and The Ugly as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Pudster Wudster has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pudster Wudster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, James Miller!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller misses with a low kick.
Wudster closes the distance and clinches up with Miller, looking for a takedown. Wudster pushes Miller against the cage but Miller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
No luck for Wudster with that takedown attempt.
Miller is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Wudster looks for a takedown but Miller sprawls well.

Miller throws the kick towards the body but Wudster avoids it.
Wudster shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Miller as he jumps to the side.

Pudster Wudster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Miller throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Miller.
Miller lands a nice leg kick that just misses Wudster's sensitive parts.

Miller moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Good leg kick by Miller there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Miller can do anything to dispel that myth.

Wudster looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Wudster wants to lay and pray for a moment but Miller keeps working.

Miller is trying to maintain the position but Wudster is very close to passing his half guard.

Wudster drops back looking for a leg! Miller is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Miller manages to kick Wudster off! Wudster jumps back into Miller's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Miller has control of Wudster's left arm, preventing Wudster from doing any damage.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Miller throws a head kick that misses.
Wudster shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Miller as he jumps to the side.
Wudster tries for a takedown but Miller sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Wudster avoids a kick to the body.
Nice takedown defense from Miller. No joy for Wudster on that attempt.
A slapping body kick lands there for Miller.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Miller lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Wudster will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Wudster is breathing heavily.
Wudster misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

James Miller dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Wudster looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wudster.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Wudster crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Miller - the referee stops the clock and Wudster gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Miller. Wudster manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Miller pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wudster dives in and grabs Miller's left leg, looking for a takedown. Miller pushes down on Wudster's head and hops out.
Wudster jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Miller walks away with a smile on his face. Wudster gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Miller lands a leg kick that knocks Wudster off balance momentarily.
Miller lands a high kick!
Miller throws a head kick but Wudster moves out of range.
Miller keeps Wudster at a distance using the push kick.
Wudster fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Miller misses with a head kick.
Miller leaves Wudster with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Wudster steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Miller. That one must have hurt.
James Miller seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Wudster is rocked!
Wudster tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Wudster fails with the takedown.
Wudster sets himself, and Miller steps forward looking for the clinch! Wudster avoids it this time.
Miller lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wudster looks for a takedown but Miller sprawls well.
Miller has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Miller buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Wudster will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Wudster has a takedown stuffed.
Miller bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Both fighters circling a little - Miller finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Miller scores with a kick to the midsection.
Miller throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wudster drops down looking for a counter takedown but Miller sprawls and moves away.
A thudding body kick lands there by Miller!
Miller plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Oh Wudster is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wudster sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Whack! Miller lands a heavy head kick that drops Wudster. The ref tackles Miller to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Wudster was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). James Miller!
In his post fight interview, James Miller started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
