Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Francisco Salgado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rude Moogle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moogle comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Leprous - Dare You kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moogle tried to score with a low kick but Salgado checks it.
Moogle lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Salgado at a distance.

We've been told by Salgado's head coaches at WarZone Training Facility 1 that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Salgado tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Moogle crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Salgado - the referee stops the clock and Moogle gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Salgado. Moogle manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Rude Moogle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moogle will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Moogle lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Salgado avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Moogle thows a left - swing and a miss!
Moogle throws a hook but Salgado avoids it easily.
Salgado throws a body shot but no joy.

Moogle feints a jab promting Salgado to slip. Moogle then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Salgado slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Francisco Salgado has been cut.

Moogle throws a quick head kick that knocks Salgado silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Moogle is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
