Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freyr lands a really nice looking cross but Burns seems unphased.
Burns keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Freyr.
Burns shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Freyr defends it nicely.
Freyr throws a left that rocks Burns and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Freyr dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Burns regain composure!
Burns is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Freyr has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Burns is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Freyr yanks on the arm and Burns is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Freyr.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Loki Freyr!
After the fight, Loki Freyr was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
