Growwoo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Growwoo is looking to clinch but Moreira is avoiding it.
Moreira scores with a nice body kick.

Growwoo gets tackled into the cage by Moreira. Moreira maintains the clinch.

Growwoo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Moreira escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Growwoo has taken the fight to the clinch.

Growwoo lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

It looks like Daniel Vieira Moreira has been cut.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Moreira.
Growwoo pushes off an throws an elbow but Moreira leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Moreira escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

It looks like Remy Growwoo has been cut.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Growwoo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Moreira has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Moreira and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Moreira blocks a head kick by Growwoo.
Growwoo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Moreira darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

and Moreira counters with a left to the body.

Growwoo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Moreira finds it's way round the side to connect with Growwoo's head.
Moreira lands with a nice body punch.
A punch combination from Moreira misses.

Growwoo closes the distance and clinches.

Moreira's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Growwoo lands a nice hook to Moreira's body. Moreira takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Moreira pounces like a tiger and cracks Growwoo with a vicious hook! Growwoo is down but not out! Moreira follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

After the fight, Daniel Vieira Moreira was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
